- The full article URL on ushakiranam.com.
- A clear description of the issue — the specific sentence or fact that is wrong.
- The correct information, if you know it.
- A supporting source link (official release, established news report, government page, court order, etc.) where available.
- Your name and a contact address so we can ask follow-up questions if needed. Anonymous reports are accepted; verified ones move faster.

- Correction — factual error fixed in the article body; a brief note is added to indicate that a correction was applied.
- Update — the story is updated with new information that became available after publication; the update is dated.
- Clarification — wording that could mislead is rewritten for accuracy without changing the underlying facts.
- Removal — used only when the story is unfixable (entirely wrong, harmful, or unverifiable), or when a takedown is legally appropriate.
